I bought this Mater remote control truck for my buddy's son, who just turned 4. He is really enjoying the truck, especially dodging it as he drives it into himself. The one warning I would say is that the range of the control device and the truck isn't as far as advertised, you have to be close to the truck to control. Also FYI it takes 5 AA's (3 for the truck and 2 for the remote)

I got this for my 2 year old grandson for Christmas and the 4 year old got a Lego set that he wanted. These were the gifts my daughter recommended for the boys...However, once the gifts were all opened, this toy was the favorite of both the boys and they both claimed it as theirs! I should have bought 2 of them They did eventually get it straightened out and managed to share with minimal problems. So with that said... I highly recommend this for boys 2 and up!
